SERVICE. POLICY. EXECUTION.

Adrian K. Collins

From soldier to the White House to advising the Fortune 500. Adrian Collins gets hard things done.

He went from the U.S. Army to the Texas Legislature, to the 2008 Obama campaign and the White House, to senior roles at the EPA and the Department of Energy, and now advises Fortune 500 CEOs and boards on billion dollar projects. Adrian shows audiences how access, trust, and decisive execution turn ambition into outcomes.

Keynote speaker Adrian K. Collins

About Adrian

Adrian Collins started as a soldier, serving in U.S. Army Military Intelligence. He moved into public service as a staff member in the Texas Legislature, running operations for a state senator and a state representative. That led to the 2008 Obama campaign, and then eight years as a Presidential Appointee in the White House, leading advance and logistics for President Obama and Vice President Biden and serving First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden. He carried that into senior roles at the EPA and the Department of Energy, then into the private sector, where he directed billion dollar national expansions.

Today he is founder and CEO of Collinnova, advising Fortune 500 CEOs, boards, and senior executives on government affairs, site selection, infrastructure, and major project execution. When a global company has a project that cannot fail, Adrian is who they call. He did not start with connections or a head start. He started with less, and he credits that for the perspective he brings to every room. He reads people and situations fast, he keeps the people who get overlooked in mind, and he stands up for them even when it costs him something. His outlook borrows from a phrase he lives by, the audacity of hope. The belief that there is no room you cannot reach and no problem you cannot solve.

“Leadership is not a title. It is what you do when the mission depends on you.”
